Questions & Answers
01
We recommend reaching out at least 6–9 months before your wedding date. For peak season (October through February), many dates are booked 12–18 months in advance. Availability can go quickly, especially for founder-led weddings.
That said, do not hesitate to enquire even for a closer date, cancellations occasionally open up, and we will always let you know.
Once we have had our consultation call and you have received your bespoke proposal, a 50% advance is required to formally hold your date. Until the advance is received, we cannot guarantee availability, even for dates we have discussed.
The advance is transferred directly and confirms your place in our calendar.
If your date changes, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date depending on availability, and any final terms will follow the booking agreement already shared with you.

Absolutely. The majority of our clients are diaspora couples planning their wedding in Pakistan from abroad. Everything happens over video call. We are experienced working across UK, UAE, US, Canadian, and Australian time zones, and we adapt to your schedule.
Many of our couples have never met us in person before their wedding day. By that point, they feel like they've known us for months because they have, just over a screen.
Yes — deeply. We have photographed hundreds of weddings where families have flown in from three continents, where the couple themselves are returning to Pakistan for the first time in years, where cultural expectations and personal taste need to coexist. We understand the emotional weight of that, and we treat it with care.
Part of our pre-wedding consultation is specifically about understanding your family dynamics, your priorities for the day, and any sensitivities we should know about.
Yes. We accept bank transfers in GBP, AED, and USD. Exchange rates are calculated at the rate on the day of transfer. We'll provide full bank details for your preferred currency in your proposal.
We're happy to point you in the right direction for venues, decorators, makeup artists, and catering based on your aesthetic and budget. We've worked with many of Lahore's top vendors and know who delivers at the level our couples expect.

Yes. We offer different collections depending on the level of coverage, whether you choose founder-led coverage or team coverage, the number of events, and the final deliverables you want included.
Yes. After understanding your events, priorities, and schedule, we prepare a bespoke proposal that reflects the most suitable coverage for your wedding.
Our booking structure is 50% advance to confirm the dates and 50% two days after the wedding.
Once the remaining payment is received, the raw untreated files are released to the client.

Yes, one of us is present per wedding we book.
For weddings where multiple events happen simultaneously, baraat arriving while the bride's preparations are still underway, for instance, we bring in additional photographers from our trusted team, trained to our exact creative standards. They work under our direction. Arfa and Usman remain the leads at all times.
For Lahore venues we know well, a site visit isn't always necessary. For new venues or destination weddings, we make it a priority to scout the location in advance. Understanding the light, the layout, the key moments and where they'll happen. This is part of our preparation, not an extra charge.
We are trained to be invisible when that's what's needed, and present when it matters. We don't direct guests or interrupt ceremonies for posed shots during events. We do a structured portrait session at a designated time, and spend the rest of the day as observers who happen to have cameras.
Guests consistently tell couples they barely noticed us.
We strongly recommend keeping a buffer of at least 45 minutes, especially if you are coming from a salon. Timeliness helps keep the day stress-free and allows better, more complete coverage.

Yes, we travel anywhere in Pakistan and internationally. We have photographed weddings in Karachi, Islamabad, Murree, Swat, and abroad. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the client and itemised transparently in your proposal. We never mark up travel costs.
We photograph any wedding where the couple connects with our work and approach. We have photographed cross-cultural, interfaith, and non-Pakistani weddings. What matters is that we understand what's important to you and can document it with the care it deserves.
For full-day coverage, yes, a vendor meal for our team is appreciated and standard practice. A photographer or videographer who hasn't eaten after 10 hours of work is not at their best. We're not particular about what it is, just that it happens somewhere in the middle of the day.
All wedding-related communication should be only with Arfa or Usman. Kindly avoid sharing instructions, schedule changes, or payment details with other team members.
Absolutely. If there are props, heirlooms, family traditions, or cultural details you want us to include, let us know in advance so we can incorporate them thoughtfully and naturally.
We may use a selection of images for our portfolio, website, and social media unless you specifically request otherwise. We always ask before posting anything publicly. If privacy is important to you, for family or professional reasons. Just let us know and we will fully respect that. No questions asked.
Please feel free to send us a message or contact us on WhatsApp. We would much rather answer your question directly than have you left wondering.
If you need clarity on anything at all, send us a message and we will guide you personally.
